You need to understand your body in respect to nature. Your body always has the ability to construct, heal and handle itself unless you are are taking it to an extent where it would start healing itself.

Let me tell you one thing, you are already 10000 years old

How?

Simple you got evolved today along with nature and your body has learned over this period what to eat, exercise and how you should go along with nature. See your self 100 years back, we started to change drastically in terms of air we breath, food we eat and way we work or live. This has tremendous effect on our health. 

The main things we need basically to live are Food we eat, air we breath and water we drink. That is what actually you need in your life span.

Food we eat(Are we really eating to live)

We are build to eat that comes directly from nature. That is how we have evolved over period of time. What we are eating now today is completely human made.

Vegetables

The vegetables we eat, they all usually come from farms grown from GMO(genetically modified) or Hybrid seeds. The genes of the plants are changed in the case of GMO, why to increase their production not to make your healthy. Similarly hybrid's are being developed to make them easy to transport or increase production.

What you eat is what you are

Usually all vegetables you eat can grown in your yard or balcony. Leafy vegetables like spinach take around 2 weeks to grow. Other vegetables like tomatoes does take around 2 to 3 months to grow. If you grow them yourself, you can use non GMO or non hybrid varieties. Use heirloom seeds instead which came from nature. Even if the weather conditions do not meet this criteria, it can be a place in indoor which you can grow with good soil and LED lights

Spend time in your garden or with your plants instead of the spending time like exercise, outing for parties. There is always a way to do it. You would be helping yourself with great healthy food and also saving the carbon foot print on them

Air we breath

Air has to be healthy free of pollutants, harmful substances and humidity in the air. The paints you use on your walls, insulation material etc may release the harmful chemical substances which you are breathing. The electrical appliances including your heaters, Air conditioners, Fridges they produce heat which can reduce humidity in your home and office.

Try to get indoor plants which can remove these harmful substances. Try covering your yard with great trees which can give you quality air. Try herbs in your balconies, they look elegant in your home, de stress yourself and keep you healthy. Try natural humidifiers in your home, it can be simple bowl in middle of your him with few flowers in it to get fragrance.

Water we drink

Do you know up to 75% of your body is water. We used to drink the structured water which came natural from rivers which is not polluted. Today water is polluted with plastic waste hurting us, harmful substance, over filtering etc. 

Store water coming from natural sources like rain water, they are most valuable and easy source. You can easily store the water and can use if for the rest of the season. Rain water usually comes pure and healthy.

Diseases(Are they really?)

Diseases are the way the body is telling you hey I got this problem. 

The body knows how to heal itself, we may need to give it time. Let us see few simple things on what we are doing wrong

Cold I have seen people who takes antibiotics for simple cold they got. The problem is body than may never develop the immunity on this as you are not giving time.

Fever body usually raises your temperature for the reason it would want to kill the bad viruses and gems in your body causing the problem. It is fine to consult doctor on high temperatures

Cholesterol or FAT, when you are fat your belly grows. Why, it is the place where your liver can easily access the fat when needed. You want to solve cholesterol or FAT issues exercise reduce the intake of food or kill the underlying cause instead of treating it with medicines. 

Diabetes is the most worrying reason. You are taking the Sugar to an extent your body cannot process it. What happens you pour 2 liter water in 1 liter water bottle it over flows, your body overflows the sugar into your body. 

Always try to understand and solve the problem, do not create a problem and than visit the doctor to find a solution for it.

Medicines(Are you really helping your self)

We have seen people taking proactively medicines, taking lot of antibiotics and other supplements. Do we really need them. It is fine to go to a doctor on chronic or unresolved occasions but it may not be good to take medicines in your own.

Problem is they either kill your good bacteria or come with many side affects.

Do you know 99% of your genes are bacterial. You have an symbolic relation with nature, it is simple you and bacteria co exist. You give them food you eat, they help in breaking them out and help you get all vitamins, minerals and protein you need. 

What kills these bacteria Medicines, your food habits(processed foods), smoking, alcohol etc. Basically mostly anything that doesn't come from nature. While food coming from nature which is gut friendly would help you to exist along with nature.

Conclusion

Eat and drink healthy. Anything comes directly from nature, you have to give first preference. Understand your body, any symptoms it is showing is the body giving the second chance to you.
